About Coach Sue
Sue is a very well-established coaching specialist. She qualified in 2010 in an emergent professional industry long after starting coaching in the outdoors in the late 1980’s. Today Sue integrates her experience as an Executive and Leadership Coach in local and international businesses with her identity as a ‘New Forest custodian’. She has lived with her husband on the Eastern side of the New Forest for over 25 years and takes an active interest in local forestry management and sustainability. Sue has a strong foundational base to her work in the outdoors, having worked professionally in
training and facilitation with hundreds of individuals, groups and teams for well over 15 years since the late 1980’s.
Sue is a fully qualified and accredited coach and works with coaching clients in the New Forest area, including coastal walks. Coaching outdoors has long been an option for Sue working with her clients - breaking away from the containment of four walls, to free up thinking and to be refreshed by the
inspiration found in nature. Sue has deepened her approach by integrating principles of mindfulness and ecotherapy and offers a range of discovery coaching services.
Sue enjoys her hobbies as a New Forest Nordic walking instructor, an all-weather mountain biker and she loves walking through the woodlands and undulating landscapes of the ancient New Forest with friends and family.
Sue embraces the elements and forces of nature and brings deeply grounded yet inspiring opportunities to all who are curious enough to explore and discover alongside her. The range of services to select from are uniquely tailored to suit every booking. Whatever the route taken, discovery coaching journeys are experienced as insightful and refreshing.
