Plugging Teams into Nature

Designed and facilitated by qualified nature-based coaches

ECOCHARGE
TEAM OFF-SITE EXPERIENCES

We lead and guide teams out in nature, in suitable outdoor settings accessible and inclusive for all.

We offer 60 - 120 min sessions

All sessions are designed to support a shift in physiology and the nervous system from ‘drive’ to ‘recovered-readiness’ mode.

ECOCHARGE TEAMS

We co-create bespoke nature-based team experiences.

We recommend 4 sessions over a year period, designed around the seasonal arc or business calendars.

Building consistent and regular exposure to nature is designed to support sustained leadership and teaming performance.

Team Off-Site Experiences

We know the pattern of strategic off-sites. We've lived them - the good, the bad and occasionally, the ugly.

EcoCharge team experiences emerged as an evidence-based strategic game-changer for the corporate off-site. We enhance the vitality of teaming that we truly believe can only be embraced when the human nervous system is calm, regulated and ready to adapt in a psychologically safe space.

Ecocharge™ experiences help teams shift into better shared clarity, connection and perspective - within one to two hours.

Teams we've worked with have experienced... Attention restoration, Immersive exploration, Mindful connection, Reflective dialogue, Fresh insights, New perspectives, Refreshed vitality.

Off-sites are exceptional potential opportunities for bringing people together, harnessing a shared purpose and opening up new pathways for problem solving, decision-making and getting buy-in for collective effort, however... variable levels of self-awareness, emotional regulation, readiness to focus and variable degrees of perceived psychological safety are just a few of the common barriers to the vital collaboration that you need for a successful off-site.

EcoCharge experiences address these challenges and more...

Our commitment to your event, is to help overcome barriers to successful outcomes, from the moment the team meets. Our bespoke EcoCharge Five-step approach supports a whole-team nervous system re-set.

Team Enhancement

ECOCHARGE TEAMS

Welcome to our team development sessions, based on our expertise as nature-based coaches. We integrate tactical seasonal influences to naturally enhance the transition through the team's annual business cycle.

With senior team team leadership experience ourselves, we know the value of the cyclical team check-ins throughout the year - and the cost of allowing other distractions to erode this invaluable intervention.

Ecocharge™ experiences are unique - we plug teams into nature to enable them to think more clearly, have better conversations and make better decisions individually and collectively.

Our Ecocharge™ Team approach focuses on cyclical strategic meetings when teams convene and we integrate ecological perspectives that add insight to the teams’ business cycle as it transitions through the seasons.

The nature-based work is practical and grounded in elemental inspiration. The sessions are designed to influence how senior teams think, feel and behave. We help improve the quality of challenge, trust, and dialogue and help to mitigate some of the risks associated with leadership and teaming in current times.

Examples of how we work seasonally alongside business cycles in nature:

In Springtime, nature-based team coaching focuses on leveraging fresh beginnings. We help teams avoid assumptions, superficial buy-in and unrealistic planning and we support team/organisation alignment and psychological safety.

In Summertime we focus on team vitality, collaboration and mid-year pressures. We help the team to prevent fragmentation, and to be measured and resilient as delivery pressures intensify.

In the Autumn we focus on reflection and strategic adjustment. We help teams to strategise priorities and enable deep connection and broader perspective for a robust learning team culture.

In the Winter season we focus on results, recovery, integration and future readiness. We support the team to avoid depletion and pause before the next push.

The transitions between seasons are where senior teams are perhaps most vulnerable and where our work has the greatest impact. Please contact us for a conversation.

Our structured framework adds an ecological dimension to team dynamics as we partner with nature, fostering unique outputs tailored to your needs.
